Customer Support Expert for Home Appliances

As a German-speaking Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to equipment users. Your primary goal is to diagnose and resolve technical problems in a timely and efficient manner.
The ideal candidate should have an excellent command of German, both written and spoken, as well as good English language skills. Additionally, basic knowledge of operating household appliances, such as refrigerators, washing machines, and TVs, is essential.
You will be working with customers from various backgrounds, so it's crucial to possess strong communicativeness and willingness to learn. The ability to type quickly on a computer keyboard is also a significant asset.
We are looking for individuals who can commit to a minimum of 120 hours per month. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and willing to learn and grow with our team, we encourage you to apply.
What We OfferWe provide a civil contract with a competitive hourly rate. For those relocating to Warsaw from another country or city in Poland, we offer additional benefits:

- A relocation bonus of 4000 PLN gross
- Full support from a buddy who will help you find your feet in Poland/Warsaw
Our project operates on a Monday-to-Friday schedule from 9:00 to 18:00, and Saturday from 10:00 to 16:00. You'll have access to the MyBenefit platform, where you can exchange points for rewards like sports cards, shopping codes, cinema tickets, and more.
After six months, successful agents can transition to remote work. We also offer opportunities for personal and language development through internal training and free access to a language learning platform.
