The Cybersecurity Data Engineer Lead will be a key member of our Platform & Data Engineering Team, responsible for leading data engineering efforts and coordinating with Principal Engineers to deliver cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, and production support activities using cutting-edge technologies.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of data pipelines and ETL workflows across disparate datasets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in data ingestion reliability and frequency, including increasing real-time coverage
- Identify and onboard new data sources, conducting exploratory data analysis as needed to determine schema requirements
- Develop and implement advanced data manipulation tools and programmatically manipulate data throughout our data flows
- Strong understanding of Linux administration, Python, Spark, SQL, Databricks, Azure Function App, Azure DevOps, and Terraform
- Experience with storage technologies, network protocols, and ETL workflows
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, or similar
- Background in cybersecurity, with knowledge of relevant frameworks and best practices
