Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to join our Warsaw Digital Hub at Bayer. As a Data Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving data-based decision making and automation for our IT Eco System.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, plan, and implement data & analytics use cases with senior positions and use case owners
  • Support identification of improvement potential for (Quality) Processes with focus on data
  • Manage data ingestion, data requests for team, and ensure defined data management processes are applied and projects follow the F.A.I.R. data principles
  • Collaborate with other data architects, analytics leads, data scientists to reuse data and ensure sustainable pipelines and analytical products are built
  • Lead the integration of different data sources to develop globally harmonized data models & KPIs meeting market requirements

Requirements:

  • Proficient in SQL, NoSQL, ETL, Python, MS Azure, Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Snowflake, ITIL, ISO, Cobit, Six Sigma
