We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team at ManpowerGroup s.r.o. The ideal candidate will have experience working with finance and sales teams, providing 24/7 support and risk assessments for employees worldwide.

About the Role:
  • Provide data analysis for our finance and sales team in a multinational environment.
  • Work closely with the finance and sales teams in Czechia, while collaborating with the analytics team in the US.
  • Administer, execute, analyze, and calculate compensation data and incentive plans.
  • Enhance and maintain sales data platforms and reporting tools via Excel, PowerBi, and optionally Salesforce.
  • Perform monthly and ad-hoc analysis of sales performance.
About You:
  • You will need at least some experience working in business/data analysis or finance to be more independent.
  • Experience working with MS Excel, SQL, and visualization tools is a must.
  • English is a required language skill.
