About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to join our Credit Risk team at IPF Digital. As a key player in driving the engine of our business, you will be responsible for developing and owning the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the Business Owner's vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the Business Owner's vision.
  • Drive continuous improvement of credit risk products, including processes, monitoring, and technical components, aligned with Credit Risk strategy.
  • Collaborate with business, tech, and risk teams, ensuring the product delivers ROI and meets customer needs.
  • Support and present product vision, maintain and prioritize the product backlog, and participate in Scrum activities to ensure alignment and delivery.
  • Break down epics/features into actionable user stories and ensure Sprint clarity and commitment.
  • Review and approve the product increments, ensure team alignment on Definition of Done/Ready, and manage dependencies between teams.
  • Oversee change management, balancing business needs and resource optimization.
  • Manage product risk and contribute to building the Centre of Excellence.
  • Continuously seek cost-saving opportunities and treat the business as your own.
