We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Management Associate to join our team at JOB Személyzeti Tanácsadó Kft.

The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in Law, Business, or a related field, with 1-2 years of work experience in a similar field.

A successful Contract Management Associate will possess solid written and spoken English knowledge, as well as strong communication skills. They will be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

About the Role

This role sits between sourcing and third-party management, helping to update, track, and draft contracts while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft, track, and manage contracts globally while minimizing risks and optimizing terms.
  • Support contract remediation efforts, ensuring adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to drive contract compliance and remediation.
  • Work with legal, sourcing teams, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution and process adherence.
  • Organize and lead internal meetings to track project progress.
  • Keep track of project timelines and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Support negotiations, drafting, and implementation of contracts in compliance with policies.
  • Evaluate and escalate any issues related to contract dispositions and ensure transparency.
Requirements

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of work experience in a similar field.
  • Languages: Solid written and spoken English knowledge.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
