Job Role Overview
  • Be involved in the conversion of accounting processes from European entities to Hungary and actively contribute to shaping a new Shared Service Center in Budapest.
  • Process incoming invoices, verify invoice accuracy and process outgoing payments, handle reclaims and corrections, maintain AP closing and perform periodic activities, identify and resolve issues, adhere to agreed service levels, policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop strong business relationships, provide high-quality customer support, ensure that all process manuals and relevant work instructions are regularly updated, mentor junior team members.

Essential Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written English and German language proficiency is mandatory.
  • Transition experience is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office or equivalent software tools is essential.
  • Experience in AP/AR/Invoicing/Customer Service or similar fields.
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for establishing and growing a new Shared Service Center.
  • Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently.
  • Attention to detail and effective prioritization.
