• Sourcing and attracting candidates through various databases, social media platforms, and other reliable sources.
• Screening candidate resumes and job applications to ensure they meet the requirements of the position.
• Conducting interviews using various recruiting tools and methods to filter candidates within the allotted schedule.
• Evaluating applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes to determine their suitability for the role.
• Extending offers and negotiating employment terms with selected candidates.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with candidates, colleagues, and management.
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in the IT industry.

• A competitive salary: €55,000 - €70,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
