About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to join our team at Holisticon Connect. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying AI solutions that drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deploy AI solutions, including data pre-processing, data analysis, model building, and model optimization.
  • Design and build data management systems in accordance with business requirements and industry standards.
  • Manage cloud services, primarily AWS and Azure, as well as other storage systems relevant to the development of data and Artificial Intelligence solutions.
  • Collaborate with data architects, cloud architects, developers, and other IT professionals on project goals.
  • Help develop and document a list of features, user stories, and roadmaps that align with the overall product vision.
  • Gather and analyze product feedback from stakeholders using data analysis, surveys, concept testing, analytical tools, and A/B testing.
  • Effectively present complex concepts to non-technical people.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends related to data science, data engineering, and AI.
  • Engage in academic and research projects that are relevant to the perspective of the entire Enterprise AI organization.
  • Support the idea generation process during various creative sessions, using your technical and entrepreneurial experience.
  • Proactively identify business opportunities through technology-driven innovation.
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing activities to raise the company's awareness of AI-related topics.
Requirements
  • Python, SQL, AI, Databricks, Git, Azure, Java, Scala, Big Data, Spark, Machine learning
  • Experience with cloud services, primarily AWS and Azure
  • Excellent knowledge of Python, SQL, and experience in Java or Scala
  • Experience working with big data technologies such as Spark
  • Knowledge of supervised and unsupervised machine learning tools and methods, as well as mathematical programming techniques
  • Excellent verbal communication, presentation, collaboration, and teamwork skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
  • Located in Poland
  • Fluent in English
