About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Publicis Groupe CZ. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality of our web-based and email assets, which feature intricate front-end designs and custom elements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test and validate email campaigns to ensure they render correctly across various email clients and devices.
  • Review and test email templates and designs to ensure they meet the required specifications and render correctly across different platforms and devices.
  • Verify the accuracy and functionality of links, images, and other interactive elements within email campaigns.
  • Ensure emails are compatible with different web browsers and operating systems.
  • Perform spam testing to ensure emails do not get flagged by spam filters and meet industry standards for deliverability.
  • Validate and troubleshoot HTML/CSS code used in email templates for any issues or inconsistencies.
  • Conduct usability tests to ensure emails are user-friendly and accessible to all recipients, including those with disabilities.
  • Identify, document, and report bugs and issues in a clear and concise manner, working closely with the development team to resolve them.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to ensure email campaigns meet quality standards and business requirements.
  • Maintain detailed records of test cases, test results, and any issues identified during the testing process.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in QA testing, ideally in the email testing.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and email-specific coding practices.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., SalesForce, Adobe Campaign, MailChimp).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively report bugs and issues.
  • Experience with QA testing tools (e.g., Litmus, Email on Acid) and bug tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
