We are seeking a highly skilled Content Moderator to join our team in Thessaloniki, Greece. As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing content in both Czech and English across various platforms, ensuring adherence to community policies and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and review content in Czech and English for age-appropriateness, violence, and sensitive content
  • Evaluate content for accuracy and quality, escalating issues when necessary
  • Collaborate with team members to improve content policies and procedures
  • Work with sensitive and graphic materials, maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion

Requirements:

  • Strong command of Czech (minimum C1 level) and English (C1 level)
  • Ability to work with sensitive and graphic materials
  • Eligibility to work in Greece via an EU passport or a valid residence permit
  • No prior experience required, but content moderation or customer support experience is a plus
