"Our client is seeking a skilled professional to lead business development, team leadership, and marketing strategy execution in the FX & CFDs brokerage industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, managing teams, and executing successful marketing campaigns.
The role requires at least three years of experience in business development and an additional two years of experience managing a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) and overseeing marketing strategies.
The key responsibilities include developing and implementing comprehensive business strategies, leading and managing BDMs, and driving client acquisition and retention strategies. Additionally, the candidate will develop and execute marketing campaigns, manage profit and loss (P&L), and ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of financial markets, trading platforms, and brokerage operations. They will also have excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, as well as proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and marketing analytics tools.
