Mergers and Acquisitions Lawyer

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Associate to join our Corporate, M&A, and Transaction team. As a key member of our team, you will provide legal advice on a wide range of matters, including M&A, corporate structuring, financing, employment law, and OPS contracts.

• Provide day-to-day legal support to the corporate, M&A, and transaction team
• Participate in cross-border M&A projects and coordinate clients' group corporate housekeeping
• Draft and negotiate transaction and corporate documentation

• Czech University Master's degree in law
• Experience with or interest in corporate law, M&A, and transactions
• 1-2 years of working experience as an Associate or in-house lawyer
• Excellent communication skills and ability to give and receive constructive feedback
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in English and Czech language
