Job Role

The Market Access Strategist for Eastern Europe will play a critical role in driving commercial success in the CEE region. This role requires a deep understanding of government policies and programs, as well as good commercial background and health economics knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute access strategies and projects to drive commercial success in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Partner with local health authorities, professional associations, and other influencers to develop strong networks.
  • Support the Medical Affairs team with initiatives involving patient and clinical organizations.
  • Influence regional and national access strategies to achieve positive business outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a business or life science-related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/medical device industry in the areas of Market Access.
  • Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare dynamics.
