FP&A Expert

We are seeking an experienced FP&A professional to lead our financial planning and analysis initiatives at Talent Alpha. This role is ideal for a seasoned expert with a strong background in financial transformation and a proven track record of delivering successful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide clients through financial transformation projects, optimizing budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Advise clients on FP&A best practices, driving process improvements through Adaptive Insights
• Oversee end-to-end implementations, ensuring seamless execution from discovery to post-go-live support
• Configure Adaptive Insights for client-specific needs, optimizing performance, data integration, and reporting
• Develop and deliver training programs, empowering teams to fully leverage Adaptive Insights

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A or financial consulting
• At least 2 years of Adaptive Insights implementation experience
• Strong technical skills in model building, data integration, and financial reporting within Adaptive Insights
• Familiarity with EPM/ERP systems and how FP&A needs vary across industries

Preferred Qualifications:

• Adaptive Insights certification
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (CPA, CFA, or an advanced degree is a plus)
