Job Description

A seasoned procurement expert with 8+ years of experience in leading high-performing teams, driving process improvements and automation, is sought after to join Antal as Head of Purchasing Department.

This critical role entails:

  • Overseeing a department with approximately 100 team members, ensuring efficient service delivery and meeting set performance targets.
  • Leading continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and service landscapes.
  • Actively engaging with the Business Process Manager (BPM) network to address process requirements and escalate issues when necessary.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 5 years of managerial experience, including 3 years as a Director, with a proven track record of leading and mentoring team members.
  • Strong leadership, people management, and analytical skills, complemented by excellent technical knowledge and understanding of supply chain management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in SAP and Coupa.
  • Valid Category B driving license.
