Telecommunications Expert

At Experis Polska, we are looking for a highly skilled NOC Engineer to join our team.

• This is a remote position based in Poland.
• You will be working with teams to resolve customer issues and develop expertise in specific areas.
• Responsibilities include responding to escalations and assistance requests, taking ownership of complex problems and providing remote support.
• Additionally, you will supervise incident tickets, collaborate with internal teams, follow communication procedures and provide guidance to less experienced engineers.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5-7 years of relevant experience, with a strong background in VOIP protocols, PSTN connections and Cisco technologies.

Strong leadership skills are essential, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Candidates must be proficient in English and possess a CCIE Voice/Collaboration certification or ITIL certification is a plus.
