Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a diligent Junior Investment Operations Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of financial instruments, operations skills, and excellent analytical abilities.

About the Role:
In this position, you will be responsible for preparing regular financial reports, coordinating trade confirmations, monitoring settlements, and providing transaction-related data to accounting service providers. You will also support the reconciliation process, verify invoices, and process payments in line with internal controls. Additionally, you will cooperate with custody banks, brokers, and depository banks, as well as partner with internal teams to ensure compliance with operational procedures and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
The successful candidate will possess a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Risk, or related field, with a minimum of 1 year of professional experience in capital markets, fund administration, or brokerage. They will also have knowledge of financial instruments, including equities, options, futures, fixed income, and derivatives. Strong Excel proficiency, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities are essential. Fluency in Polish and good communication skills in English are also required.
