At Reply Polska, we are seeking a skilled Test Automation Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Quality Assurance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the high quality of our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out manual and automated tests to ensure the stability and reliability of our software applications.
• Designing, developing, and maintaining automated test systems and strategies to improve testing efficiency.
• Documenting test results and creating comprehensive test reports to facilitate decision-making.
• Analyzing requirements, creating and reviewing test cases and test plans to guarantee thorough testing coverage.
• Monitoring compliance with quality standards in software development and metrics regarding software quality to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborating closely with colleagues in testing and development to resolve issues and implement effective testing solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks, including Playwright, Selenium, and JMeter.
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies and test management systems like Jira.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language, with a strong understanding of software development principles and practices.
• A minimum of 2-3 years (Senior: 4-5 years) of experience in test and/or test automation, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
