Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our agile team. As a key member of our squad, you will be responsible for developing both the frontend and backend of our applications using multiple technologies. The primary technologies include Java, Angular/TypeScript, and Oracle, but you may also encounter other programming languages and technologies in our complex environment.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for collaboration. You will work closely with testers and product designers to deliver high-quality software that meets our customers' needs. In addition to your development work, you may also take on roles such as Product Owner or Scrum Master, combining these responsibilities with your development tasks.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop both frontend and backend applications using multiple technologies
- Collaborate with testers and product designers to deliver high-quality software
- Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Contribute to the development of new product features and maintenance of existing ones
- Provide second-line technical support and contribute to the organization's growth by participating in guilds

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Java, Angular/TypeScript, and Oracle
- Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and SAFe
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and DevOps practices
- Knowledge of relational databases and SQL
