Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and integrate solutions across critical domains, including Process Automation, Building Automation, Robotics, Fleet Management, Embedded Automation, Quality Controls, and OT Connectivity.
  • Lead the design and development of the overall automation and process control architecture, ensuring compliance with global IT, OT, and data architecture standards, guidelines, and security policies.
  • Evaluate and select suitable technologies, platforms, and vendors to meet project requirements.
  • Drive standardization and modularity in automation solutions to enhance scalability, maintainability, and future flexibility.
Requirements
  • Proven experience with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Deep understanding of common industrial communication protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, OPC UA, Modbus TCP/IP).
  • Strong knowledge of industrial control systems (PLCs, DCS, SCADA), HMIs.
  • Experience with industrial cybersecurity principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with GxP regulations and validation requirements in a highly regulated industry.
  • Experience with software version control systems applied to industrial automation code.
  • Soft skills: strong team player with good leadership and communication skills.
