About the Role">

As a Junior Invoicing Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless financial operations. Your primary responsibility will be to create and manage invoices, as well as validate POs and ISOWs. Additionally, you will be responsible for analyzing missing POs, ISOWs, SWIPs, and reviewing calls and forecasts to identify potential revenue losses. You will also need to validate timesheets, payment terms, and billing information, as well as conduct variance analysis on forecasted and actual data.

This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent organization, and effective time management. You must be proficient in ERP systems and MS Excel, with at least one year of experience in finance or accounting.
