Job Overview

This position involves managing cash flow by collecting payments from customers, negotiating payment plans, and maximizing cash collection.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for reviewing bad debts, preparing cases for debt recovery agents, allocating payments, reconciling accounts, monitoring customer credit limits, and processing new account applications based on credit investigations.

Liaising closely with internal account managers to resolve issues and ensuring regular communication with sales force and customer services for information sharing are also key responsibilities.

The role requires strong problem-solving skills, Excel proficiency, knowledge of Contracts and Trade Terms, negotiation skills, processes, and time management.
