Your Role as a Tech LeadYou'll manage a team of 5-7 full-stack developers within our Innovation Team, collaborating with AI specialists, business analysts, and innovation managers to drive cutting-edge solutions.
Focal Responsibilities:- Develop Reusable AI Components: Architect and implement AI-focused modules for rapid deployment across multiple products.
- Create & Maintain a Scalable Framework: Design and continually improve a robust framework that accelerates product development timelines.
- Lead the Development Team: Mentor, motivate, and inspire your cross-functional group to deliver high-quality code and solutions.
- Ship Enterprise-Grade Software: Deliver robust, secure applications for banks and financial institutions, meeting the highest industry standards.
- Conduct & Organize Research: Identify emerging trends and technologies, guiding your team to explore cutting-edge solutions.
- Present Ideas & Solutions: Communicate complex technical concepts in clear, compelling ways to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Client Tech Teams: Work closely with client-side developers and architects to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
We're looking for a skilled tech leader with expertise in React, TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and AI. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for this role.
