Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantitative Risk Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in quantitative finance, risk modeling, and financial mathematics.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying areas for improvement within risk models, assessing model performance using real-world market data, analyzing model structures, and developing new risk models and computational tools.

They will also be expected to communicate complex modeling methodologies and results to internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, and contribute to ad hoc projects and cross-functional initiatives within the risk modeling team.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Quantitative Finance, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in the financial sector, particularly in quantitative finance or risk modeling.
  • Strong knowledge of financial mathematics, mathematical analysis, statistics, and linear algebra.
  • Good understanding of risk measures and their applications.
  • Familiarity with derivative instruments and pricing models.
  • Proficiency in Python; additional programming languages are an asset.
  • Strong communication skills in English—both verbal and written.
  • Collaborative and proactive approach with the ability to work independently.
