Director of Digital Experience Transformation

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Engineering Manager to spearhead the development of our web platform, driving scalability, resilience, and high-quality user experiences for millions of users. This is a hybrid position (office location: Krakow), reporting directly to the local Engineering Director.

The successful candidate will lead multiple teams, setting a long-term vision and guiding sound engineering decisions, while ensuring timely shipping of code and strategic technical investments. Key areas of focus include:

  • Potential Customer experience - ownership of non-logged users interactions and creation of value for them.
  • Content management - collection, delivery, discoverability, retrieval, governance and overall management of assets.
  • Technical SEO & Web architecture technical excellence in how the content for potential customers is created, processed, cached and presented.
  • Translations - how translation process is implemented into the creation and maintenance of the content.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of engineering experience.
  • 3+ years of experience managing engineering teams, including hiring and training engineers up to Senior level.
  • Expertise in building content management platforms, scalable front-end architecture or Technical SEO.
  • Passion for designing and delivering high performing systems that use edge computing, caching and smart routing.
  • Experience defining and influencing technical designs and processes across teams.
