Job Overview

The Logistics Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing key production plans, adapting them to changing market demands and available resources. This role requires strong analytical skills to execute operational tasks in assigned facilities, addressing issues related to demand and supply imbalances.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creating and managing production plans to ensure optimal resource allocation across the network.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize delivery allocation, considering all constraints.
  • Maintaining product availability and minimizing finished goods losses to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Decision-making regarding non-profitable inventory and globally optimizing inventory within the supply chain.

Requirements

This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the FMCG industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in English and French (B2+ level). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure are essential for this position.
