About Us

We are a dynamic sales team at Spendbase, seeking a motivated Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive our business growth by identifying and connecting with potential clients, qualifying leads, and setting the stage for successful sales opportunities.

Job Description

In this role, you will:

  • Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels such as LinkedIn, Email outreach, Website visitors, and conferences.
  • Determine lead suitability based on needs, budget, and timeline.
  • Schedule product demonstrations and sales meetings.
  • Work closely with the Sales Team to provide valuable insights and feedback on lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Engage and educate leads to keep them interested.
  • Maintain and benefit from the well-established workflow (prioritization, automation, CRM, smart KPIs).
  • Break and improve the process when it is necessary.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Upper-intermediate English language skills (Advanced or Fluent preferred).
  • Sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Exceptional writing and presentation skills to deliver proposals.
  • Brilliant relationship building skills with effective negotiating skills.
  • Excellent aptitude for handling negative responses and determination to resolve and find solutions for prospective clients.
  • Proactive, innovative, and highly organized approach.
  • Self-development and initiative-taking mindset.
  • Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices.

We offer a competitive salary of $40,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including:
