Senior Financial Leader in Manufacturing Accounting

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Leader to join our team as a Financial Controller. In this role, you will be responsible for providing valuable financial support and guidance to our central team.

• Support the Plant Controllers' Team in Germany from our SSC in Poznań City Center by analyzing manufacturing cost performance and leveraging information to inform decision-making and optimize financial results.
• Provide support for fixed and variable cost accounting, analysis, reporting, and internal control activities for all aspects of site operations.
• Coordinate the annual budget exercise and monthly forecast updates to closely monitor project and manage manufacturing cost performance.
• Support process improvement teams and drive continuous improvements in our processes.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing Accounting or Controlling, with a strong background in ERP systems and reporting tools (Microsoft Office, SAP). They will also possess excellent communication skills and proficiency in English language.
