Cloud Support Specialist

We're looking for an experienced Cloud Support Specialist to join our team. As a Cloud Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to customers experiencing issues with our cloud-based applications.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and resolve technical issues related to cloud-based applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design solutions that leverage cloud services
- Optimize application performance, ensure security, and contribute to the overall success of cloud-based projects
- Minimum bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- Practical experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and its suite of services
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or Go
- Experience with DevOps practices, automation tools, and implementing continuous integration and deployment pipelines
