We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to drive the growth of our mobile games in the open market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and executing a feature strategy and roadmap to support our wider business objectives.

You will have the freedom to make your own distinct mark on our product and the impact it has on performance. This is a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and innovative ideas in the rapidly evolving ecosystems of Android games.

In this role, you will:

  • Support the rollout of new 3rd party business intelligence and data visualization tools
  • Evolving Flexion's overall internal data and insights offering
  • Drive the rollout of customer-focused features
  • Support evolved integrations with 3rd party providers – advertising networks and MMPs - focusing on data ingestion and preparation
  • Oversee the evolution of Flexion's internal and external facing data reporting interfaces
  • Coordinate 3rd party feature development projects and rollout projects

We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • Solid background in product management and product ownership – ideally in an agile scrum environment
  • Project management/project coordination experience
  • Fast learner with a desire to continually drive improvement of yourself and the domain you're responsible for
  • A well-developed ability to transform abstract concepts, user needs or visions into tangible requirements and a strong proficiency in shepherding and representing these requirements through development cycles within an agile framework
  • Excellent epic and user story-writing skills
  • The ability to thrive when with a high degree of empowerment – possessing an ability to drive autonomous progression without losing sight of when to consult peers, stakeholders or decision-makers
