Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Security engineer to join our team at Motorola Solutions Systems Polska.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SIEM environment configuration, maintenance, and customization. They will work closely with our security team to analyze and interpret complex datasets, creating meaningful security insights for the organization.

As an Enterprise Security engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and optimizing our platform architecture for large-scale environments.
  • Maintaining a close partnership with vendors on feature requests, upgrade planning, and product roadmap alignment.
  • Establishing best practices and development standards, ensuring the team adopts them.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Experience with interconnected, heterogeneous systems.
  • A strong understanding of industry standards and technologies.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around 80,000 - 100,000 PLN per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 2+ years of experience in SIEM environment or system administration.
  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.

In addition, you should have knowledge of:

  • Administration and deployment of clustered environments.
  • Enterprise security and user behavior analytics.
  • Data models.
  • Scripting languages such as Python.
Desired Skills

We are looking for candidates who have:

  • Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK or other best practices.
  • Experience with multiple SIEM technologies.
  • Familiarity with data lake architecture.
  • Infrastructure automation management experience.
  • Cloud-native application development experience.
