Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Romanian Speaking Financial Accountant to join our accounting team in Budapest.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete process of handling invoices, reconciling vendor accounts, and ensuring timely payments.
  • Prepare journal entries, enter transaction data into ERP systems, and verify data accuracy.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Conduct quality checks to prevent errors in processing.
  • Follow established procedures and training guides closely.
  • Update procedures and manuals as needed to reflect changes in processes.
  • Maintain open communication within the team and with other departments.
  • Assist with additional requests from clients that align with agreed terms.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Excellent understanding of accounting principles.
  • Experience in accounting, particularly with accounts payable (AP), is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Advanced skills in Romanian and English.
  • Ability to manage complex data with attention to detail.
  • Capacity to meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
