**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced IT Teacher to join our Learning & Development Center. As an IT Teacher, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality IT courses to our employees and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct teaching sessions with students in groups.
• Mentor students and guide them in their learning journey.
• Create new IT courses from scratch, working closely with experts in various technical fields.
• Develop curriculums and educational plans tailored to meet the needs of our students.
• Analyze skills matrices and requirements for candidates taught in these courses.
• Design and develop educational materials, including theory, practice, tests, and study cases.
• Implement modern educational technologies into corporate education.
• Gamify learning to enhance engagement and motivation.
• Participate in improving NIX educational courses and contribute to their development.
• Consult teachers on training issues and provide support when needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge in Computer Science.
• Technical expertise in at least one of the following fields: Linux, DevOps, Java, .NET, JS, Python, or Automation QA.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to work with a large amount of information and educational materials.
• Planning, analysis, and structuring of incoming tasks.
• Proactive approach to task completion, flexibility, and multitasking.
• Ability to work both in a team and independently.

Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required. However, having a PhD degree or being in the process of obtaining one is considered an advantage.

Work Experience: At least 2 years of relevant working experience as a teacher or technical expert in an IT company, vocational school, or university is preferred.

Additional Requirements:

• Holding a valid teaching certification or diploma.
• Experience in developing IT courses or training programs.
• Knowledge of processes in the IT industry.
