At AVENGA (Agencja Pracy), we're seeking an accomplished IT System Owner – Generative AI Solutions to oversee the entire system lifecycle of a cutting-edge GenAI solution. This role entails guiding Agile development teams, ensuring technical alignment and system performance, collaborating with cloud vendors, and acting as the go-to person for our GenAI system.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full system lifecycle of a GenAI solution, from design to operations
- Guide Agile development teams as an IT Owner / Team Lead
- Ensure technical alignment, system performance, and security
- Collaborate with cloud vendors (Azure preferred) and oversee integrations
- Work closely with business stakeholders and act as the system's go-to person
- Ensure compliance with internal standards (e.g., CSV, PMM) and manage system risks
- Keep documentation and knowledge bases up to date
- Coach the team and foster innovation in AI-driven development
Requirements and Qualifications
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of Python
- Experience working in cloud environments, especially Azure
- Familiarity with modern backend tools, such as C#, SQL/NoSQL, and APIs
- Knowledge of DevOps/MLOps and software development lifecycle practices
