Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Software Developer to join our team. As a key member of our software development lifecycle, you will be responsible for managing the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, user acceptance, and maintenance.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

- Building strong, collaborative relationships with business partners to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions

- Working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that provides exposure to all areas of Finance

- Developing detailed technical specifications, high-level and low-level designs, testing strategies, and implementation plans

- Facilitating and designing process workflows, data requirements, and functional specifications to support business objectives

- Exploring and integrating new and emerging technologies aligned with project needs

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have:

- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline

- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a solid foundation in core programming concepts, data structures, algorithms, and system design

- Strong programming experience in at least one compiled language (e.g., Java)

- Full-stack development experience using industry-standard frameworks and tools (e.g., React, Spring Boot)

- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS

- Proficiency with relational and columnar SQL databases, including database design

- Experience in continuous delivery and deployment environments

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, delivery-focused global team

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly engage stakeholders both verbally and in writing

- Preferably experienced in managing small to mid-sized teams

Required skills and qualifications include knowledge of Java, React, and AWS.
