Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Solution Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring that business needs are translated into effective technical solutions.

Your primary responsibility will be to act as a bridge between business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors. You will analyze requirements and design systems that align with organizational goals, focusing on the strategic goal of migrating existing financial systems to Oracle Finance Stack.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading company in the insurtech sector, specializing in technology insurance. Our services include financing, repair, and replacement of devices, serving almost 8 million customers across Europe, Asia, and Africa.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • System Integration: Experience in lead or coordination roles, with hands-on knowledge of financial systems such as Oracle, Nexo, Navision, Symfonia, Business Central (BC), or similar platforms.
  • System Analysis: Proven track record in system integration and end-to-end process management in multi-entity or international environments.
  • Business Requirements: Ability to create effective and detailed business requirements and process maps.
  • Technical Education: Comprehensive understanding of ERP/Finance system architecture and data integration methods (e.g., APIs, ETL, middleware).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in both English and Polish.
