Job Description:

The role of a PL/SQL Developer involves designing, developing, and maintaining database applications using Oracle's PL/SQL programming language.

This includes tasks such as creating stored procedures, functions, packages, triggers, optimizing SQL queries for performance, collaborating with other developers to implement business logic within the database, and ensuring data integrity and security within the database environment.

About this Role:

  • We are seeking an experienced PL/SQL Developer who can develop complex information system programs, lead project teams, and define specifications for software programming applications.
  • This role requires performing complex analysis of system requirements, preparation of specifications, designing, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting.
  • Implementing complex requirements for multiple platforms, operating systems, and applications is also essential in this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Develops and modifies complex information system programs.
  • Lays out project timelines and assigns tasks to team members.
  • Designs and implements databases and web services.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve systems performance.

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in PL/SQL programming language with a deep understanding of Oracle database concepts.
  • Hands-on technical experience with integration/middleware platforms in iPaaS, focusing on either Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and/or Oracle SOA Cloud.
  • Experience in a variety of technologies, including relational databases, web services (SOAP, REST, WSDL, XML, and other API standards), API-driven design, messaging patterns, and application development best practices.
  • University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline plus generally seven years of directly related experience.
