About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Programme Delivery Specialist. As the backbone of programme delivery, you will ensure that everything stays on track and aligned with best practices.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update programme plans, RAID logs, and ensure risks, issues, and actions are properly tracked and resolved.
  • Review and consolidate programme status reports, ensuring clarity and accuracy for all stakeholders.
  • Facilitate governance processes, apply best practice methods, and ensure alignment with established frameworks.
  • Support accurate forecasting, reporting, and manage changes effectively.
  • Establish robust information management practices to ensure transparency and audit readiness.
  • Produce high-quality materials for meetings, analyze programme performance, and provide input on organizational processes.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a PMO or programme coordination role, with a solid understanding of programme management methodologies.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools.
  • A recognised qualification in project or programme management (e.g., PRINCE2, APM, or Axelos P3O certification).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and comfort working with numbers, data, and budgets.
  • Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and work across all levels of the business.
  • Action-oriented, accountable, and driven to make progress even in challenging situations.
  • Inclusive, collaborative, and supportive of diverse teams.
