We are seeking an experienced Construction Finance Specialist to join Talent Alpha. This role involves overseeing the financial consolidation of multiple entities within the construction sector.

Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and construction accounting principles. The ideal candidate will have expertise in financial reporting, ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for utilizing ERP systems such as DATEV, Maconomy, Unit4, Tagetik, or similar for financial reporting. They will also conduct intercompany reconciliations, variance analysis, and financial statement preparation.

Furthermore, they will collaborate with finance teams across regions to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency. Additionally, they will provide financial insights and recommendations to enhance consolidation processes.

Requirements
  • Experience in financial consolidation within the construction industry.
  • Knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and construction-specific financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
  • Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
