We are seeking a Strategic Technology Solutions Expert to join our team. This individual will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end solution architectures for customer engagement, marketing automation, and CRM systems.

Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a solutions architect with a strong focus on CRM, customer engagement, and marketing platforms.
  • Strong understanding of marketing systems such as CDPs (Customer Data Platforms), campaign management tools, or marketing automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Ability to design architectures that integrate across various systems including data layers, e-commerce, and ERP if necessary.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in agile or hybrid environments.
Nice to Have:
  • Background in e-commerce and/or ERP platforms (especially if connected to customer-facing functions).
  • Exposure to enterprise-level retail systems.
  • Experience in data-driven marketing and decisioning engines.
About the Role:

This is a critical role bridging the gap between Enterprise Architecture and Data Architecture, with a specific focus on Customer Decisioning solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in solution architecture within the context of marketing technologies, and have hands-on experience designing and implementing systems that drive customer engagement and personalized communication.

This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, developers, and data teams to ensure alignment of architectural strategy with business goals related to customer decisioning.

Evaluate and recommend technologies to support personalized marketing strategies and customer journeys. Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and efficient technical solutions.
