Customer Success Champion Opportunity

At Cross Border Talents, we're seeking a skilled Uptime Coordinator to join our team in Ghent, Belgium. As a key player in our customer success team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving our team's success.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Fluent/native in 2 of the following languages - Polish, Lithuanian, Czech or German - and English (B2/C1) with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience: Previous customer service experience, basic skills in MS Office, and technical awareness of commercial vehicles.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and a positive approach to stress and change.
  • Team Player: Ability to work well in a team, manage stress positively, and adapt to a shifting environment.

What We Offer:

  • Flexible Work Schedule: Fixed 7.5-hour days with a 30-minute lunch break, totaling 37.5 hours per week. Hybrid work arrangement available.
