As a software delivery lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of projects, working closely with business users to refine requirements, and translating them into project briefs.

You will also design, build, and support technical solutions, owning the delivery roadmap and removing blockers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

In addition, you will perform production support and incident reaction as part of the global team.

Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in software engineering with leadership experience (8+ years).
  • Strong hands-on skills in modern Java programming on back-end with HTTPS, RESTful API, microservices on Cloud infrastructure.
  • Experience in delivering high-availability, high-performance, scalable, and maintainable back-end systems.
  • Ability to handle pressure and remain calm in urgent/stressing situations.
  • Domain knowledge in banking, especially trade life cycle and post-trade processing for financial investment products, is an advantage.
  • Experience in production support is a plus.
