Advanced ERP System Specialist

ERP Support Role Overview

This is a comprehensive role that involves providing expert support to various stakeholders in the implementation, maintenance and optimization of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of ERP systems and their workflows, as well as expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-level ERP support, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Analyze business processes and develop strategies for optimizing ERP system performance.
• Configure ERP roles, security and system settings.
• Support ERP upgrades and handle integration issues.
• Prepare training materials and deliver user training.
• Work closely with finance, sales and operations teams to improve ERP processes.

Requirements:

• Degree in IT/Computer Science or related field OR 3+ years of ERP/SQL support experience.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems and SQL, preferably with Infor Visual.
• Experience with reporting tools such as SSRS.
• Understanding of ERP workflows and core business processes, including order-to-cash and invoicing.
• Ability to write and optimize T-SQL queries, including Stored Procedures and Triggers.
• Strong English skills, written and spoken, plus communicative knowledge of Czech or Polish language.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 10 days/year and work flexibly when needed.
