We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Unity Developer to join our team. This is a remote position, and we require candidates based in Poland.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in game development using Unity, with expertise in scripting, textures, animation, GUI styles, user session management, level design, game physics, particle systems, mobile and console game development, memory and space optimization, and 3D graphics.

A strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles, current design patterns, and proficiency in automated testing platforms, code versioning tools (such as Git, SVN), and unit tests are essential.

The ability to write clean, readable, and maintainable code, and to implement automated testing platforms, is crucial for this role.

We also require the ability to constantly learn and stay up-to-date with evolving game standards and development technologies.

In addition, the required level of proficiency in English is intermediate or higher, both in spoken and written forms.

As a Senior Unity Developer, you will be responsible for implementing game functionality as per communicated design, translating design specifications into functional games, communicating with other team members to establish an effective pipeline, integrating media assets, designing, building, and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable code, ensuring the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications, identifying bottlenecks and bugs, and devising solutions to address and mitigate these problems, and helping maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
