We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce professional to join our team as a Salesforce DevSecOps Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and managing continuous integration and deployment processes using Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement effective Salesforce DevOps processes and strategies.
  • Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines to streamline the deployment of Salesforce applications.
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce security policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability testing to identify and mitigate potential risks or vulnerabilities in Salesforce applications.
  • Implement and configure Salesforce security controls, including roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and data security.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language.
  • 3+ years of experience in designing automation testing frameworks and developing testing scripts.
  • Sufficient knowledge of automation tools.
  • Experience working with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Bitbucket.
  • Expertise with Agile, DevOps methodologies, and Continuous Delivery.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge and proven expertise in project management tools such as Jira.
Preferred Experience and Skills:
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator and Advanced Administrator certifications.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce security best practices, including roles, profiles, permission sets, and data security.
  • Experience creating automated test scripts with Playwright automation tool.
  • Experience with Java programming language.
  • Experience in API automation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development, security, and automation, with a deep understanding of DevOps principles and best practices.
