Job Title: Business System Analyst

This is a challenging opportunity for a skilled professional to join a high-impact project focused on replacing and modernizing the payment engine of an international financial institution undergoing a strategic transformation.

Description:
  • The ideal candidate will have experience analyzing business requirements for payment systems, translating them into detailed functional and technical specifications.
  • They will collaborate with developers, architects, and stakeholders to design and implement system changes.
  • Responsibilities include supporting the migration and modernization of the payment engine, documenting system processes, workflows, and integration points.
  • The successful candidate will participate in testing phases to validate functionality and compliance.
  • They will coordinate with stakeholders to align requirements and expectations.
  • Key skills include the ability to ensure proposed changes meet regulatory and operational standards.
  • Additional responsibilities include providing support during system go-lives and troubleshooting issues.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a Business/System Analyst in financial services is required.
  • Proven experience with payment systems such as SWIFT, Elixir, or Sorbnet is necessary.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in documenting system specifications are essential.
  • The ideal candidate will have a background in system changes and migrations, ideally in payment engines.
  • Experience collaborating with demanding stakeholders, including C-level executives, is crucial.
  • Knowledge of system integration and workflows in banking environments is also required.
  • Familiarity with Agile project methodologies is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
