About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Representative to join our Operations team at Conectys, one of the fastest growing BPOs on the market. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch technical assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Initiate, manage, and resolve customer queries, ensuring prompt and thorough resolution at first contact.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share knowledge and best practices, driving continuous improvement in our services.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • C1 level of Swedish (both written & spoken)
  • B2 level of English (both written & spoken)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
  • Standard Operating System understanding and Office tools knowledge
  • Web-based applications and database operating skills
  • Technical understanding and problem-solving abilities
