Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO and BlackLine specialist to provide global problem-solving support for SAP financial systems and drive BlackLine automation initiatives.

  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to end-users worldwide, troubleshooting issues and maintaining master data for SAP FICO modules (GL, AR, AP, CO, COPA, PCA).
  • Process Optimization: Lead and support BlackLine implementation for automated journal entries, data validation, and process automation in SAP ECC & S/4HANA, as well as identify opportunities for improvement and drive automation in financial reconciliation and accrual processes using BlackLine.
  • System Integration: Collaborate with IT teams to manage system issues through SAP Solution Manager and ensure smooth integration of external feeder systems into SAP, supporting month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure accurate financial reporting (RTR).
  • Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance system adoption and efficiency, participating in system integration tests (SIT) and user acceptance tests (UAT) for SAP and BlackLine solutions.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience in SAP FICO and BlackLine implementation and automation, with a strong understanding of SAP BPC and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for financial analysis and planning.
  • Problem-Solving Skills and ability to work in a global, cross-functional environment, with English proficiency (B2+) for international collaboration.
  • Knowledge of Oracle and MS Dynamics financial systems, as well as experience in training and mentoring finance teams on SAP and BlackLine best practices.
