Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Creator Strategist to join our team at ERS - Career Buddies. As a key member of our content creation department, you will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling stories that capture the attention of our target audience and drive measurable results.


Responsibilities
  • Develop high-quality, persuasive copy for various channels, including digital ads, websites, reports, sales presentations, pitch decks, and more.
  • Adopt a journalistic approach to craft engaging, informative, and credible content that captures attention and builds trust.
  • Execute the creation of a wide range of assets by interviewing stakeholders, gathering relevant data, and transforming insights into compelling storytelling tailored to various audiences and platforms.
  • Translate our value proposition into compelling market-specific assets.
  • Develop techniques to articulate brand value propositions effectively.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure all content aligns with overall business goals and brand guidelines.
  • Brainstorm and develop innovative content ideas for marketing campaigns and sales assets that resonate with target audiences.
  • Collaborate with designers, marketers, SEO, performance teams, and other stakeholders to create integrated marketing campaigns.
